98pkr Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "98pkr", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 98pkr.biz gaming platform, operating under an internationally recognised gaming authority licence.
• "Platform" refers to the 98pkr website at 98pkr.biz, including all sub-pages, products, features, and services accessible thereon, including but not limited to the cricket sportsbook, 98pkr Casino, slot games, Ludo Quick, Circle, and the 98pkr Login section.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 98pkr Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a User to access 98pkr services.
• "Funds" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held in a User's 98pkr wallet, comprising deposits made, winnings credited, and bonuses awarded.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 98pkr that are subject to wagering requirements distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 98pkr prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an Account, accessing the 98pkr Platform, or using any 98pkr service in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 98pkr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 98pkr Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a 98pkr Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. 98pkr does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable local law and where 98pkr does not hold the requisite licence to offer services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 98pkr or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through the 98pkr responsible gaming system or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account on the 98pkr Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 98pkr Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields of the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 98pkr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change, to ensure that all information on file with 98pkr remains accurate and current.

98pkr shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 98pkr Account.

All deposits to a 98pkr Account must be made from a payment method registered in the Account Holder's own name. 98pkr does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. The following payment methods are currently accepted at 98pkr:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• HBL Internet Banking (bank transfer — credit within 5–10 minutes)
• UBL Internet Banking (bank transfer — credit within 5–15 minutes)
• USDT via TRC20 network (cryptocurrency — credit upon blockchain confirmation)
• SadaPay (digital wallet — instant credit)

All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 98pkr does not impose deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges for which 98pkr accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the 98pkr Platform. 98pkr reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or return any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests from a 98pkr Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: No withdrawal will be processed until the Account Holder has completed the 98pkr KYC verification process, which requires submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address issued within the last three months.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the deposit unless the Account Holder requests otherwise and 98pkr approves the alternative method in writing.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes after KYC approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Wagering Requirements: If a withdrawal request is submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, 98pkr reserves the right to decline the withdrawal request or adjust the withdrawal amount accordingly.
• Right to Review: 98pkr reserves the right to review any withdrawal request prior to processing. This review may take up to 72 hours in cases where additional verification is required.

98pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 98pkr Account Holders only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only.
• All 98pkr bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, bonus percentages, and eligible games are set out in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• 98pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, provided that modifications will not adversely affect active wagering progress already in progress.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematic exploitation of bonus conditions, or coordinated bonus wagering between multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used for eligible gaming activities as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Where a player withdraws from a bonus before completing the wagering requirement, 98pkr reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from the withdrawal amount.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply to all 98pkr products, including the cricket sportsbook, 98pkr Casino live tables, slot games, and casual game formats:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the 98pkr sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to 98pkr's right to void bets placed due to manifestly incorrect odds arising from technical error or data feed failure.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets cannot be placed if the Account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. 98pkr does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Void Bets: 98pkr reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or materially altered in a way that fundamentally changes the nature of the wagered-upon outcome.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result is the primary settlement authority for domestic fixtures.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are set out in the sport- or game-specific rules accessible from the 98pkr Platform.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game or slot title, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. 98pkr is not liable for winnings that cannot be collected due to technical failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 98pkr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registration of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identities.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or Account management.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Use of any automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or obtain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, malfunctions, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to accumulate winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
• Abuse of the 98pkr bonus system, including systematic wagering designed to exploit wagering requirement loopholes while minimising actual loss risk.
• Any conduct that constitutes, facilitates, or is connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's 98pkr Account without authorisation.
• Any act that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or availability of the 98pkr Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

98pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Account Holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 98pkr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• The Account Holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 98pkr.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The Account Holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

An Account Holder may voluntarily close their 98pkr Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to applicable KYC completion and no outstanding breach of these Terms, will be returned to the Account Holder via their verified withdrawal method.

98pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral component of its operating obligations under its international gaming licence. All of the following responsible gaming tools are available to every 98pkr Account Holder at no cost, accessible from the Account settings panel after 98pkr login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take immediate effect when reduced and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals of your choosing to track the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which no gaming activity or deposits are permitted.

All content on the 98pkr Platform — including but not limited to the 98pkr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game titles, and other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98pkr or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 98pkr Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the 98pkr Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 98pkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 98pkr's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Account Holder in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 98pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• 98pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 98pkr's negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pkr holds its primary gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a 98pkr Account Holder and 98pkr arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the 98pkr internal complaints procedure.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure to the Account Holder's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution authority specified by 98pkr's gaming licence authority. 98pkr will cooperate fully with any such escalated review.
